Our products are supplied mainly to professionals only. However, everyone who is keen to learn and try is welcome to order but you will take your own risk of using the products. And all prices listed on the website is GST exclusive.

Vnz Nail & Beauty Supplies guarantees 100% satisfaction. If a faulty or wrong item was sent by seller’s mistake, you might return it for a full refund, a credit on your account or an exchange for another item of the same price. We will do whatever it takes to make it right.
Please read the descriptions of products, size and color available carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept a return item(s) with full refund if it caused by customer’s mistake or mind change. In the case of customer mistake or cancellation, we still might consider taking the item back if the item will be returned in good and original packages but a 25% fee will be applied for handling, restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged items caused by customers including: wrong installation, products that have been used or missing labels - are not covered under this policy.
A 25% fee will be applied to all cancelled pre-sale orders. Please contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
To ensure full credit, please keep in mind these important points when returning an item:

All returns must be authorized to be returned. Contact us first to arrange this.
Product(s) should be:
Returned within 20 days from shipping date,
In good condition, in original packaging with all printed materials, parts and accessories and the track and trace code on the exterior and,
Received in salable condition.
Shipping fees for returning products are paid by you.
All returns will be inspected and must be 100% complete.
Any free items included with a specific product purchase must be returned as well to receive credit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to make claim with the carrier for any proof of delivery or damage to shipment returned to The VNZ Nail and Beauty Supplies.
Some items are subject to Manufacturer’s Return Policy and Warranty and might not be returned (Please contact us to check before returning). These items are, but are not limited to: Pedicure spas, furniture, nail brushes, implements, salon equipment (sterilizers, towel warmers, gel or UV lights, dryers), nail drill machines, books. All nail polishes such as OPI, China Glaze, Orly, Creative Nail Design (CND), IBD..., base coats, top coats, and all other flammable products are not returnable or exchangeable.
No returns can be made on clearance sale items and special/custom orders, these are considered final sales.
Credit will always be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
We will issue a refund within 30 business days of receiving and processing your return. It should appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.
If you return products to the Vnz Nail & Beauty Supplies, you can email us to check your order status. We also email or text you to inform you that your order has been processed. Be sure you have your invoice number available when you call/email/txt us.
Expected Shipping Times
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, the shipping with be processed immediately.
- All orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on Fridays are typically shipped by the close of business on Monday.
New Zealand Shipping
- When using standard shipping method within New Zealand it can take up to 2-4 business days from the date your order is shipped.
- Other options include fast post -2 Business days delivery applied for delivery to south Island; over night courier only applied for North Island.
- A signature might be required for all shipments upon receipt.
- Products will NOT be delivered to PO Boxes (can only be shipped via NZ Postal Service)
- The exceptional odd, overweight, and/or oversized items can only be shipped by common carrier (truck/air freight- Mainstream). Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery

- All our prices are in New Zealand dollar and not include GST.
- We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, Cash, and Direct Credit.
- Credit cards are processed via our PayPal secure server. This is the fastest way to get your order shipped.
- Money order, cashier cheque and business cheque are also available as method of pre-payments for catalog orders.
- Customer is responsible for collection fees, court costs and reasonable attorney fees to collect returned cheque.
- International order can only be paid by Credit Cards.
All equipment when sold is new and carries a limited 12 months manufacturer’s warranty.
Once you purchase the equipment it will be your responsibility to register it with the manufacturer to activate the warranty if applicable. All warranty information is included with shipment of the equipment. You may contact us for warranty solutions.
All items needing repair should be sent to the manufacturer/ distributor for service at your expenses. The VNZ Nail and Beauty Supplies is not liable if the manufacturer/ distributor fails to perform warranty service.
THERE IS NO IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ON ANY ITEM SOLD BY THE VNZ NAIL AND BEAUTY SUPPLIES.
Vnz Nail & Beauty Supplies will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from misuse, bad handling and installing by you.
We carefully pack and check all boxes before they are sent. However damages can occur during transit. When an item is received damaged please follow the instructions below that pertain to the carrier used for shipment or contact us via email and phone.
DO NOT throw out the boxes the item(s) was shipped in, the carrier will need to see the shipping box to determine coverage of damages.
If damages happened please contact Castle Parcels delivery company immediately or as soon as possible to make a report.

For truck shipment (furniture, pedicure spas…) upon delivery you will need to check boxes for all visible damages to the boxes and number of boxes received. If any damage or missing boxes, write a brief description of the damage or number of boxes received on the bill of lading of the carrier before signing it. You will then have to open and check all boxes for any damages and contact us within 48 hours of receipt of order for us to make a claim with the shipper or freight company.
As long as you check the number of boxes and write down all visible damages, you will not need to refuse a shipment.
Refusal of the shipment:
Will incur additional charges for restocking and redelivery variable depending on the carrier. These charges must be paid before shipment is redelivered.
Does not constitute a cancellation of an order. If a shipment is returned to us, you will not be fully credited.
The refused order will then be inspected upon arrival back to us and you will be credited the item’s costs less all shipping and restocking charges at 10% of the order invoice.
There is no warranty for clearance product due to its clear price.
The wholesale price disount is applied for approved VNZ Nail & Beauty Supplies customers only. The discounts are for selected products not for all products and we have a right to change any time by us without notice.
